We worked with Rob on the purchase of a new cottage, and then the sale of our existing cottage. Even though the time of year was not the best to list, they did a great job of marketing. What impressed us the most, however, was the very detailed feedback after each showing. We have never experienced that level of professionalism before in all of our past real estate transactions. Rob truly knows the cottage market and demonstrated it clearly when he took the listing of our family cottage. It had sat on the market for almost a year, with little interest, and we were puzzled as it had been a great place to raise my kids, was on a fantastic lake system, and had been recently renovated and decorated. What Rob brought was his marketing skills. This was a place for another family to build and share memories like we had, and he positioned it as exactly that, focusing on its benefits. He was able to bring us a buyer in only a few short weeks just as the season opened. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Rob was fantastic. He presented a clear marketing plan that included social media, print and we were even featured on his tv show. He kept me up to date, offered suggestions and was great at getting back to me after viewings. He seemed to have good relationships will buyers searching until they found the right place for them. I was surprised how many buyers he brought through that he had sold them more than one cottage, or he had been working with since last summer. His team were great back up when he wasn’t available. All in all, an excellent experience.
