Rob Serediuk

10+ years as a Realtor in many different markets he has been a trusted advisor for many whether it is your primary residence, recreational/country property or rental property. Rob has considerable expertise in marketing which began with obtaining his Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing. Having worked in a variety of industries in a marketing capacity, he decided to grown his expertise in the telecommunications sector and quickly moved on to more progressive senior management roles before making the big life decision to leave the GTA and corporate business to pursue a career in cottage country as a Realtor.
In 2010, Rob established the first Chestnut Park office in Haliburton with the creation of the Cottage Country Team where they quickly rose to the number one team in the area. A lifelong career in acting starting as a youth in Calgary, Rob went on to be cast in many North American theatre productions In 2015 Rob was approached by Blue Ant Media to host a few episodes of a real estate show. His acting skill , fun sense of humour and expertise in cottage country real estate quickly shown through and Rob was offered his own television show “What’s For Sale” running for 3 seasons on the Cottage Life Network.
In 2021, Rob joined Sotheby’s and soon after began his business partnership with Karen. Together they work with a variety of clients and properties in the Durham and Rural Regions Spanning from Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes Northumberland and Peterborough Country.

Having grown up in a real estate household (parents as Realtors) Karen began learning about this industry long before becoming licensed and brings an abundance of business acumen, negotiation and relationship skills from her extensive background in financial services working with senior executives.

Real estate and relationships are truly a passion of Karen’s, coupled with an impressive track record of representation whether it is your primary residence, recreational/country property or rental property you can be assured Karen always has your best interests in her purview.

Having grown up in Durham Region, Karen and her family returned back to Whitby from Toronto to raise their family over 15 years ago. An expert on all things Durham, Karen can confidently advise and guide you whether you are looking to sell or purchase in this great region of East GTA.

Karen is also an avid cottager who splits her time between Durham and Cottage Country. Her expertise includes Kawartha Lakes, having had a cottage on Sturgeon Lake and most recently relocated to Kennisis Lake in beautiful Haliburton County. Recreational and country properties are unique and complex and it is so important to hire a realtor who understands the key nuances of country leaving and who can guide you with local municipalities, trades and services.
